The executive producer of One Tree Hill dvd Mark Schwahn has claimed that the new one tree hill season 8 focuses on the series regulars.
Mark Schwahn told Give Me My Remote that he wants to avoid introducing too many new characters.
"We've had a lot of wonderful recurring on One Tree Hill dvds, but I think that our core group is where we will focus our attentions in this next season," he said.
However, Schwahn explained that he still plans to have some occasional guest stars.

Lady GaGa and ex boyfriend drop lawsuits

Lady GaGa and her music producer ex-boyfriend have decided to drop the lawsuits against each other.
The 'Bad Romance' singer retaliated with legal action days after Rob Fusari sued her for $30m back in March, claiming that he had not been properly compensated for significantly leading to her career, but court papers filed this week show that both lawsuits have now been dismissed.
Fusari's lawyer has yet to make a statement on the agreement and it has not been cleared up whether the former couple made a monetary deal.

Playing not one but two key components to that mythology is Nina Dobrev. The actress has the lead role as the human Elena, but also has had the chance to play Katherine, the evil vampire who started the whole story by turning brothers Stefan and Damon into vampires in 1864.
